Tortilla topping with Salsa and grilled chicken

有朋自远方来,其实也不算远啦,但曾经答应煮黑椒炒乌东面让她场尝尝都没成事。这次约她来我家相聚,也顺便实现之前的承诺吧!乌东面就没有啦,很久没进货,就想到弄道较简单的salsa沙爹烤鸡配烤饼。

我预先将鸡柳用沙爹腌料,酸,香茅,鱼露,盐,糖腌过夜,再用平底锅煎香。salsa就把番茄和洋葱切叮调味,tortilla煎至香脆;夹着鸡块和salsa吃,清爽又开胃。

1. Diced the tomato, onion and dressing with fish sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar
2. Marinate the chicken fillet with satay spice, lemon grass, onion, fish sauce, salt and sugar and leave it
    overnight
3. Grill the chicken on the grill pan
4. Cut the chicken into smaller piece and mixed with the 1.
5. Heat the tortilla (i used wrapper) till it is hard and crunchy with non-stick pan (without oil)
5. Put the 4 on the top of 5 and ready to serve
