Mushroom soup with puff pastry topping

有时早餐没准备到,就随便找点饼干之类填肚。
前天,发现还有几包速食蘑菇汤包,就把它煮溶,倒进一个杯,杯口再盖上仅剩一片的酥皮压紧,烘至金黄色既可。。简单方便,而且还有点像上餐馆吃的感觉。嘻!

Mushroom soup with puff pastry topping
1. Prepare the instant mushroom soup according to the instruction on the packaging
2. Pour the soup into a mug or any container
3. Place a sheet of puff pastry on the top of the container and brush the egg yolk for golden color
4. Bake at 200 degree until golden brown.
