Chocolate ice-cream (popsicle i think) with choco chip topping

早前我的同事向我提起如何在家制作像外头卖的冰淇淋那样顺滑可口,我也心痒痒在家一试。其中一样材料是creamer powder,这有点难倒我,因为家里不曾出现也不用这东东,如果买一包又怕囤到生虫浪费。。所以就召集家人,到快餐店如有吃剩的creamer小包装带回来,哈哈,节省嘛!!

当所有的材料齐全,开工。牛奶(家里没有鲜奶,就用奶粉泡水),creamer,糖,巧克力粉混合煮滚,冷却进模,再洒入一些chocolate chip,进冰格。成果还不错,浓浓的巧克力味,可是为什么没有如同事所说的那样顺滑,反而像冰棒多点?向同事讨教后,之前我竟然没听到得用搅拌机搅拌啊!!!结果。。。。无言。。。

Chocolate popsicle
1. Boil the water, pour in the milk powder (my fridge never have fresh milk), creamer, sugar and cocoa
    powder and stir until it is smooth and silky
2. Let the 1 cold down and mix with the chocolate chips. Then pour it into the mould, keep it in frozen.
