Little tip to cook porridge

上两个星期在网上无意中发现一个挺好用的小撇步:
如要在短时间将粥煮得绵滑,只需把已洗净的白米放冰格冷冻至结冰。当水煮开了,才把已结冰的米倒入。真的不消一会,米就开花变稠,当下的我还有点不可置信;因为我从来没有耐心把粥煮到这个软绵程度,所以粥里可常数到有几颗米叻(要省煤气嘛)! 还好Baby O照吞不误。

现在有了这个shortcut,Baby O可以吃到妈咪煮得最好吃的粥粥咯!

The instant way to cook porridge (in not more than 30 minutes):
1. Rinse the rice few times to clean up the dirt and frozen it overnight
2. Boil the water and pour in the frozen rice. Stir the rice  frequently
3. Add in any ingredients like vegetable, meat and etc
4. Let it cook until soften and sticky, seasoning and ready to serve



Frozen the rice, and pour into the boil water to cook the porridge. You will be surprised with the great result
