除了之前所说的三文治，还有另一招来应付懒虫：tortilla烤饼。作法都很随兴，把馅料煮熟包在烤饼里一起吃，又有另一番风味

当Baby O Jr满月后还有一个月产假，我和Baby O的午餐基本上都得自己下手。有时想“煮什么”这个问题而发狂，所以有时懒得煮formal午餐(自创词语：意思是有几道菜肴)， 随兴弄些简单又饱肚的三文治搞定。如果我一个人，随便夹些青菜美奶滋就可以大口大口吃；但Baby O是不会看上单调又青色的食物地。。。。所以还是要搞些新意思咯！！

今天进下午班，早餐有丰裕的时间准备些特别的。简单的蛋包香肠芝士三文治是不错的选择哦！

冰格里的台湾香肠吃来吃去都吃不完，这天我干脆叮熟它夹着面包吃，简单又美味，正！！

那ayamas除了拿来弄鸡饭，我也拿了些用wrapper包着吃，又是另一番风味。

除了沙爹，我又有个点子~鸡肉汉堡包。当然汉堡肉是自家作的，剁碎鸡肉，加入任何喜欢材料混合一起就行了。

鸡柳能弄什么呢？不如把它裹上沙爹香料腌再煎香，配上番茄及沙拉酱，夹着tortilla吃，太棒了。

我家婆上两个月送了3包台湾香肠，至今还躺在冰格里。说实在地，我蛮爱吃台湾香肠。还记得小时候不常买得到，只有在某某超市才能找到它的踪迹，价钱也不便宜；所以当时还把它当宝，每次有它出现在任何菜肴，它总是最后被送进口里。现在大可不同了，要找它？大排档有卖，夜市肯定有它的芳踪，甚至猪肉专卖店都找得到。
这下有了3包不同口味的台湾香肠，却迟迟未开封，只因为不知该几时煮。。。后来，那天眼见还有几片麦面包，不想只抹花生酱吃太单调，硬起心肠煎掉一包辣味台湾香肠再夹面包吃。哇！不得了，原来是那么的美味！甜中带辣对正我的口味，吃了一个再接一个，撑到饱叻！！突然间很不舍，早知迟些才开封慢慢‘dep’ 啦！！不过还有两包，可以慢慢‘欣赏’咯！

上两个星期买的tortilla省吃省用，终于剩下3片在冰箱。趁还没expired快快吃掉它
吧。上回用鸡柳，那这次就用猪肉扒来当夹馅。肉扒用了鲜橙汁，料酒和调味料腌
过夜再煎香，继淋上勾芡过的橙汁，好吃！铺上最爱的番茄及mayo，赞赞赞！！！

上回买的鸡柳块还剩半盒，迟迟没机会用到它。上星期终于狠下心肠要把它‘干’掉，

免得碍位。左度右度，不如试弄些夹tortilla来吃，一定不错吃。那该弄些什么口
味叻？叉烧？咖哩？不如沙爹腌料+咖哩糊，味道good啦！在夹着番茄加mayonnaise吃，
赞！

快两个星期没update blog了，搞到被‘投诉’。。。所以今天得‘动动身’咯！Well,
我家的冰格还藏着一包芝士香肠。而刚好又买了一条白面包，就用它们来个丰富的
早餐：芝士香肠面包卷。。我弄了整6条，我和王爷才吞了4条，已经饱了。还剩2条
总不能丢掉太浪费，结果‘塞’进肚子。。好涨哦！！

I have this recipe quite long time ago. Last Sunday was my first trial. I've replace the pork (ori recipe) with the chicken fillet. Marinate the chicken, stir till golden brown. Sandwiched in the french toast..

Daddy feel not enough to have the sandwich, so add-on his menu~Nyonya dumpling (Zhong Zhi) bought from Jonker street Melaka.

Roti Pita

 I made few mini roti pita last 2 weeks, planning to bring some to office.

 

I stuffed in some banana, mayonaise and chicken floss into pita for breakfast

My lunch on 9 & 10/2/11

I resume my work on 7/2/11. These are my lunch on 9 & 10/2.

The clay pot porridge. I bought a clap pot cost around rm5 before CNY. This is the first time to cook with this claypot.

Second day i had  my own version: "Prosperity chicken burger" for my lunch

Breakfast on New Year Eve

This is the breakfast specially cooked for me and daddy.
It is a sandwich made of 3 slices of bread, 1 layer filled with ham, another layer with cheese. Then coated with egg+milk liquid, fry it for finishing.

三程面包的三文治， 一程夹了火腿另一程夹芝士。味道不错。
