又是个美丽的周末早上。王爷照常出门去了，天气又暗又湿。每年九王爷诞来临前总会下雨应景一下，好让所有人都知道是时候拜拜了。

上两个星期王爷的家人去香港走透透，厨房也没掌门人，所以我只得担当这个角色几天，即能省下到外头吃饭钱，又比较健康嘛！我设计了几个菜单，也到超市买了所需的材料，心里嘀咕希望一切顺利。

I made mushroom soup with puff pastry on top this Thaipusam for breakfast. Unfortunately, the top was over baked.... but not bad lah.

星期四早上，心血来潮弄了酥皮蘑菇忌廉汤，可惜酥皮烘过渡，有少许烧焦了。

Last Sunday, i cooked a pot of mushroom soup using fresh ingredient, including white button mushroom (rm7.99)...it looked fine, but i put in too much salt accidentally...the whole pot spoil.....sad, sad, but i'll try again sooner....
