I bought 2 packs of tom yam powder from Haadyai last year, i tried 1 pack today.

Only 3 ingredient in this: Noodle, tomato, ham

My valentine 2011

Haha, i only received the valentine gift after valentine day. A bouquet of pink roses. While my gift to daddy is chocolate bag with candy. Thanks daddy, for the surprised gift!! Love ya!!

Lunch on 15/2/11

I decided to have a chicken rice in claypot (瓦煲鸡饭), first trial as usual.The taste not bad, but the rice seems like a bit soft (maybe i pour in too much water) and the burning smell quite strong as commented by my bro-in-law.

Breakfast on 15/2/11

I have a pack of meat floss left from CNY. Thus i plan to have a dish using this as one of the ingredients. So I made an egg roll with meat floss for our breakfast.

My first hotdog roll

I tried my new recipe~hotdog roll. i used the new mixer to knead the dough. It really helps a lot!! While the hotdog i used Ayamas Cheese Hotdog. Well, it was success!! The bread is soft and layered texture.
I'll try another bread recipe later.....

My lunch on 9 & 10/2/11

I resume my work on 7/2/11. These are my lunch on 9 & 10/2.

The clay pot porridge. I bought a clap pot cost around rm5 before CNY. This is the first time to cook with this claypot.

Second day i had  my own version: "Prosperity chicken burger" for my lunch

4th day of CNY

On the day 4, we went to PD, my grandpa's house. In that early morning, we picnic at the seaside. I thought Baby O sure happy to see the ocean, but.....

 

After that, we went to a temple in PD. That temple is famous because of a tortoise in the temple. The tourist there mostly from local and Singapore.

The believer would take an ang pow and swept on the tortoise. They believe the wealth will approach to them when they doing this.

3rd day of CNY

We went to KL to visit Daddy's grandmother on 3rd day festival. Well, Baby O wore another set of SamFoo....

2nd day on CNY

I made chocolate cake and pandan cake using D'Ros cake powder, with my brand new stand mixer presented by Daddy. Thank ya!! I love this mixer since it can use to knead the dough too. Plan to make a bread using this mixer.

First Day of Chinese New Year (Pt 2)

After we visit Daddy's granny, we rushed to my mom house, cause wanna go to Segamat to have our celebration there.

Anyway, we have to turn back to home in the half way to Segamat. The roads and bridges were collapsed due to a heavy flood. Heizzzz, sad!!
