Hokkaido Chiffon Cup cake (chocolate flavor)

前几天,在网上找到了几份北海道戚风杯子蛋糕,让我想起之前买的Osaka cake,恨不得立刻试试这食谱。这类蛋糕如食谱所写的,粉量少,所以蛋糕湿润软绵,吃起来欲罢不能。

国庆日当天,吃饱了瓦煲鸡饭,等Baby O睡了就开工。我试作了约十八粒巧克力口味,成品真的很软,只是当要挤入奶油馅却不得要领。因为我家没有挤花袋这类工具,所以用普通plastic bag装满奶油馅(没有whipping cream, 我用普通的custard馅);再剪个小洞当挤花袋。结果,plastic bag的嘴太软插不进蛋糕里,custard馅当然也挤不进去咯。。为了不浪费已调好的custard馅,唯有把它挤在蛋糕上装饰吧!!味道一样,好吃。
