Baby O非常喜欢inari。之前寻遍到过的超市,还要王爷和妹妹个别到KL和Penang找,都没见到inari油豆腐皮。找了几个月,终于黄天不负有心人,王爷帮我买了两包让我过过瘾。哈!跑了那么老远去找,结果在自己的地头就有了。真是远在天边,近在眼前。现在可开工咯。
早些在网上有看过数个类似食谱的心得,为了去除豆腐皮上的油,可先烫下再用。可能我怕豆腐皮吸水会影响口感,就把它挤得几乎干身,结果豆腐皮的独有甜味也淡了,风味大减。再裹上扎实的米饭(非寿司米,所以成果较硬及散,不似寿司应有的黏性),吃起来反而有点嚼劲干硬,心里开始有点担心,Baby O吃吗?还好他还是慢慢地啃了2颗半,在约五个小时里,他吃下休息下,又吃又停才啃了2颗半。。
幸好,还有一包inari油豆腐皮,下次再改策略,让Baby O知道除了寿司店卖的inari好吃外,妈咪弄的也不赖!!
