Tom Yam sauce and Tortilla

冰库里还剩四片tortilla, 已经摆放很久不知该怎么消耗掉?脑筋一转,不如煮些番茄酱沾着吃,简单快捷。即刻动手去找冰箱里有什么材料,煮意粉的番茄酱还剩1/3瓶可以用吧,结果打开瓶盖后发现已经发霉,计划得更改了。好,搞些创意弄冬炎沾酱!先爆香葱,蒜,姜,香矛,再倒入虾,粟米,番茄,已煎香的香肠兜一下。把冬炎糊,醋和粟粉倒入水搅匀,再倒入锅里和其它材料煮熟既可。已烘脆的tortilla切片沾着酸酸辣辣的冬炎沾酱吃,美味!

Tom Yam sauce and Tortilla
  1. Saute the diced onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass using non stick pan
  2. Add in sweet corn, tomato, shrimp and fried hotdog  and stir a while
  3. Add the tom yam paste, vinegar and corn starch into a bowl of plain water and stir well
  4. Pour into 2 and bring it to boil, ready to serve
  5. Bake the tortilla at 180 degree for about 15 minutes
  6. Dip the tortilla with the tom yam sauce, nice
