Udon noodle

光阴似箭,一周覆一周,时间过得真快。每个假期如有时间一定会为Baby O煮些面让他当午,晚餐。前些时候家婆给了几包乌冬面条,所以这天就打算煮些类似老鼠粉(濑粉)的食谱。
当然,面条里我肯定会加入肉类,和蔬菜类,让宝贝有均衡的营养。平时煮面都干炒,这次我放了较多汤汁,Baby  O一直把汁当汤喝,吃得津津有味。

而我的午餐也用了乌冬面,干炒乌冬面。材料计有鸡肉,虾子,番茄,豆芽,辣椒, 蛋等,份量十足,撑得饱。


Udon in Say Sauce
  1. Dice the ingredients like carrot, fish ball, onion, garlic and chicken fillet.
  2. Stir-fried the onion and garlic until the aroma can be smelled, put in the other ingredients in 1 and stir a while
  3. Pour in a little amount of water, and seasoning with dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and some pepper
  4. Put in the boiled udon noddle and leave it to cook for a while. 
  5. Mix the 3 with a cornstarch mixture (cornstarch + water) to thicken the gravy
  6. Leave it to cook until the gravy is boiled and is ready to serve
this version is for Baby O



Fried Udon
  1. Prepare the ingredients like tomato slices, finely chopped chicken fillets, prawn, bean sprouts, sliced chili, diced onion, garlic, ginger and beaten egg
  2. Fried the onion, garlic and ginger with sesame oil, then add in the rest of the ingredients (except egg and chili) and stir 
  3. Put int the udon noodle and stir them to mix all the ingredients and noodle well
  4. Add in the egg, leave it a while. When the egg white turn to whitish, stir them all well
  5. Lastly, seasoning with fish sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and the chili.

  2. he will eat all lah when i feed him, but he eat by his own he will b choosy loh. my portion really big, really full after finish all
