星期日,Baby O的嬷嬷捧了一大梳肥美金黄的大香蕉给我们。香蕉真的很大又长,吃一条啃不下第二条了。正正因为这样,吃了两天都吃不完;可再拖多几天恐怕会熟透就变得软绵绵,口感不太好,味道也不对劲!
所以到了第三天,我拿了部分香蕉切小片,放在薄饼皮(popiah)上,再撒几颗巧克力chip,包好进炉烘200度约20分钟。香蕉经过高温烘干部分水分,吃起来更甜更软;再加上已烘脆的薄饼和巧克力的微微甜中带苦的味道,配答得天衣无缝!!简单的甜品可试试看。
Crunchy Popiah with Banana Filling
- Peel off the banana skin and slice it into smaller pieces
- Arrange the banana slices on the popiah wrapper, sprinkle some chocolate chip
- Wrap the popiah wrapper into the shape you prefer, bake it at 200 degree for about 20 minutes or until it turns to golden brown
