Crunchy Popiah With Banana Filling


星期日,Baby O的嬷嬷捧了一大梳肥美金黄的大香蕉给我们。香蕉真的很大又长,吃一条啃不下第二条了。正正因为这样,吃了两天都吃不完;可再拖多几天恐怕会熟透就变得软绵绵,口感不太好,味道也不对劲!

所以到了第三天,我拿了部分香蕉切小片,放在薄饼皮(popiah)上,再撒几颗巧克力chip,包好进炉烘200度约20分钟。香蕉经过高温烘干部分水分,吃起来更甜更软;再加上已烘脆的薄饼和巧克力的微微甜中带苦的味道,配答得天衣无缝!!简单的甜品可试试看。

Crunchy Popiah with Banana Filling
  1. Peel off the banana skin and slice it into smaller pieces
  2. Arrange the banana slices on the popiah wrapper, sprinkle some chocolate chip
  3. Wrap the popiah wrapper into the shape you prefer, bake it at 200 degree for about 20 minutes or until it turns to golden brown
