几个星期前特意为我的Baby O弄了一碟inari寿司。可惜搞砸了,
虽然最后还是吃完,但还是有少许内疚。这次我省略了烫油豆皮,直接从包装拿出来,即塞进已调味好的寿司饭。
哈哈,果然好吃。Baby O连吃3颗叻!真开心。
Sushi rice:
Rinse the sushi rice and cook it like the ordinary rice with rice cooker.
The cooked rice seasoning with sushi rice vinegar, a little bit of salt and sugar.
(I added the sliced seaweed and baked sesame seed for additional nutrition)
Stuffed the rice into inari pouch, serve with sashimi soy sauce.
