Breakfast: Sausage + scrambled egg + tomato salad

周末的早上,王爷去上班了,只剩我和Baby O懒洋洋的赖在床上等着金黄色的阳光洒进房里。呼,搞定了早上必作的功夫后,就进厨房准备一天的开始:早餐。说来已有好久没在家准备早餐,有时忙,有时懒,更多时候是王爷下的命令:不用煮。ok,你说不煮就别煮咯!

前一天先把冰库里的香肠放下来解冻,要煮时拿出来既可。再来个嫩滑的炒蛋,配上酸酸甜甜的番茄丁,丰富简单的一餐。

要把炒蛋煮的滑又嫩,我把蛋液和牛奶搅拌,倒入已将牛油融化的平底锅稍等一下,轻轻用铲上下推成类似炒蛋状,快手上碟,不然余热会把蛋煮过头就不好。至于番茄丁浇上寿司醋,糖,鱼露,胡椒粉拌下就成了沙拉。

Scrambled egg:
1 egg mixed with milk, salt and pepper, beat a while.
Pour into a non-stick pan (with a little portion of melted butter) and leave a little while.
Use the spatula to move the egg around and cut it into pieces.
Serve on the plate immediately to avoid overcook.

Tomato salad:
Diced the tomato, mixed with vinegar (i used sushi rice vinegar), fish sauce, sugar and pepper.
