Strawberry Chocolate Tart

吃饱后,Baby O好不容意睡了,我得开工~草莓巧克力塔。。。哈哈,想弄这个食谱很久了,可是草莓并非家里冰箱的常客,平时又懒得去买,所以拖呀拖,今天才能成事。

废话少说,先把牛油,面粉和少许清水和成面团,放入冰箱冻下,再分成六等份,压入塔模,再冰一下。铺上油纸,倒入豆以避免烤时塔皮收缩,烤约10分钟。去掉豆和油纸继续烤至金黄色。

在一个烧开水的锅上放一个大碗,倒入可可粉,炼奶,油煮成浓稠的巧克力酱,倒入已烤好的塔皮中,在摆上草莓就行了。还有剩余的草莓抹上巧克力酱吃,可爱又养眼,味道更有层次。

1. Mix the butter and flour. When it looks like a mixture of bread crumb, pour in a little amount of water and 
    make them into a dough
2. Fridge the dough for about 15 minutes.
3. Cut the dough into 6 equal parts, put into the tart mold and press the dough with finger tip to shape it
4. Line a baking paper on top of the dough and pour in some beans to avoid the dough shrinking during 
    baking
5. Leave them in the fridge a while
6. Bake the tart in oven at 180 degree for about 10 minutes, remove the bean and paper and continue the 
    baking until the tart turn to golden brown
7. Pour in cocoa powder, cooking oil, contents milk, vanilla essence into a double boiler, stir the mixture 
    until  it turn to thick and silky cream.
8. Pour the chocolate cream into tart, garnish with strawberry
 



The strawberry taste better when coated with chocolate cream
