Tom Yam sauce and Tortilla
- Saute the diced onion, garlic, ginger and lemongrass using non stick pan
- Add in sweet corn, tomato, shrimp and fried hotdog and stir a while
- Add the tom yam paste, vinegar and corn starch into a bowl of plain water and stir well
- Pour into 2 and bring it to boil, ready to serve
- Bake the tortilla at 180 degree for about 15 minutes
- Dip the tortilla with the tom yam sauce, nice
