Char Kuey Teow

除了popiah皮,还有咖哩糊也是其中一样要尽早清除的旧货。腊肠打从新年前买了都还没开封,今天得开张咯!炒米果条吧?

先在没下油的锅上煎香腊肠片,顺便也可用热逼出多余的脂肪。腊肠起锅后,爆香葱和蒜,加入鸡肉兜炒一下再放入米果条兜匀。用咖哩糊、鱼露、黑酱油、耗油调味,再打入一颗蛋;等它开始半熟时和米果条等拌匀。倒入煎香的腊肠、辣椒和韭菜稍炒一下就可上座啦!
