Ban Mee in Soup

很快又到了星期四,是进下午班的一天。也得张罗午餐带去上班咯!面粉糕啦,挺久没煮过了。
昨晚先用江鱼仔和晒干的干贝粒熬成高汤。今早载Baby O上学回来就着手了。我先把面粉加水和成面团。把它分割几分搓成长形再用手压扁(懒得用杆面棍)。把面片手撕放入煮滚的热水滚片刻,取出放入冷水。再把冷却的面粉糕放入筛里隔掉多余的水备用。

用少许油起热锅,倒入蒜米爆香;再倒入高汤煮开。放入一片鸡肉滚熟取出。打入一颗蛋稍滚就放进树仔菜,以盐和胡椒粉调味再煮一下熄火。鸡肉撕成丝铺在面粉糕上,倒入汤就可趁热吃啦!
