Hokkaido Chiffon Cup Cake

悠长的假期快要来到终点了,下个星期要开工和开课咯!得张罗Baby O的便当。我也曾经答应我的同事带些糕点让她尝尝;决定弄北海道戚风杯子蛋糕。
我先把蛋白和蛋黄分开放进两个碗中。蛋黄里加入糖、牛奶、油再打匀;筛入自发粉搅匀。蛋白打至起泡,分次放入糖打至软性发泡。舀1/3蛋白泡放入蛋黄糊拌匀,再倒入其余蛋白泡完全拌好。把蛋糕糊盛入纸杯里180度烤15分钟即可。待蛋糕冷却的同时,可以准备鲜奶油了。在whipping cream里加入炼奶打至浓稠可划线即可。把打好的鲜奶油挤入蛋糕体中间,上面撒上可可粉和巧克力米;冷藏约1-2小时再吃,真的棒极了。不止Baby O喜欢,王爷和我的同事也说好吃呢!
