Char Kuey Teow

午餐时候又到了,想吃炒米果条。材料也一早准备好了。
先爆香葱、蒜和姜丝。倒入肉碎兜一兜,放入辣椒丝和番茄炒匀。加入米果条翻炒下,打入蛋待快转半固体时把所有材料兜均匀。加进辣椒糊(cili boh)、耗油、黑酱油、鱼露、胡椒调味;撒入豆芽略炒一下起锅。哇!色、香、味俱全,可惜Baby O不能吃辣,只能吞他的粥。
