Sweet Potato ~ Sweet potato balls + sweet potato patty

有时为了让Baby O接触更多蔬菜瓜类水果(不仅仅是胡萝卜),想到头昏脑胀也不晓得哪些他会接受,哪些不会。。。


他对青色的物体,尤其是食物特别敏感,只要出现在他的碗里,就会括起海南风,无论如何都得去除他的‘眼中钉’。。。只得向其他颜色的蔬果下手,咦,橙色的蕃薯和胡萝卜看来相差无几,应该不会太‘觉眼’吧?Ok,一颗蕃薯二样煮法!先把蕃薯切叮蒸软压过筛成蓉,再分成二等份。
一份拿来弄蕃薯蛋,裹上面粉糊在烤一烤一定能把Baby O征服!!另一份参进肉碎,韭菜,辣椒,蛋煎成肉饼,当然这是我的啦!!肉饼甜中带咸和微微的辣,不错!!可惜,Baby O不喜蕃薯蛋,勉强吞了两粒就离座。。。。气炸!!Ok ,Fine,你不吃饿肚子别找我!!

Sweet potato recipes
  1. Dice the sweet potato and steam it until it is soft
  2. Press the 1 through a  sieve to get a fine paste
  3. Divide the 2 into 2 equal parts: one for sweet potato balls and the other for patties
Sweet potato balls
  1. Mix the sweet potato paste with a little of milk to keep it moist
  2. Take a little portion and roll it into a ball
  3. Coat with flour mixture (flour+water) and fried/bake until it turns to brown
Sweet potato patty
  1. Add in the minced meat, chives (kuchai), chili, and egg into the sweet potato paste and mix well
  2. Take a portion and shape it into a patty, coat with flour, then dip into egg and lastly with the breadcrumb
  3. Fried it until it turns to golden brown
