当然一锅熟的炒面常是我的选择,这次也不例外。意粉吃过了,亚洲风味的也挺好。炒乌冬面吧!,用麻油爆香葱,蒜,姜,再放些豆芽,鸡肉,虾,胡萝卜,辣椒,番茄,腊肠,面条,蛋兜炒,洒入鱼露,黑胡椒调味即成。趁热吃好滋味。
Fried Udon
- Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger with sesame oil
- Add in other ingredients like udon noodle, chicken, bean sprout, shrimp, carrot, chili, tomato, chinese dried sausage (lap cheong), egg and stir them
- Seasoning the 2 with fish sauce and black pepper
