Fried Udon

又是吃面的时候。。一个漫长的假期,有时要吃些什么当午餐都得想一下,再一下。。。

当然一锅熟的炒面常是我的选择,这次也不例外。意粉吃过了,亚洲风味的也挺好。炒乌冬面吧!,用麻油爆香葱,蒜,姜,再放些豆芽,鸡肉,虾,胡萝卜,辣椒,番茄,腊肠,面条,蛋兜炒,洒入鱼露,黑胡椒调味即成。趁热吃好滋味。

Fried Udon
  1. Saute the onion, garlic, and ginger with sesame oil
  2. Add in other ingredients like udon noodle, chicken, bean sprout, shrimp, carrot, chili, tomato, chinese dried sausage (lap cheong), egg and stir them
  3. Seasoning the 2 with fish sauce and black pepper
