Chocolate Moist Cake

之前为Baby O生日而弄的巧克力湿润蛋糕(chocolate moist cake)不成,一直告诉自己别放弃,一定有机会再‘重振声威’。。。呃,应该是有机会再把这食谱弄得更好!!

我特意作了些手脚,有某些地方作了更改。在网上的食谱都用淡奶( evaporated milk),说实在我不长用这类奶制品,不想买了一罐却只用半罐,另一半过期丢进垃圾桶。
前面所提的生日蛋糕就把淡奶全换成炼奶,结果蛋糕干硬少许,且质地也较粗糙。所以这回改用了炼奶加热水以达到有奶的香味和该有的湿润,成体也几乎和原食谱的口感一样,细腻又湿润,心里开心得不行!!哈哈,终于成功了!!

当然,Baby O也吃得不亦乐乎,管他那蛋糕长得怎么样?有甜味就是好滋味。。。。



Chocolate Moist Cake
  1. Melt the butter (180g) with double boiler, add in the condensed milk (~120g) and hot water (~100g), mix well and leave it to cold
  2. Add in an egg and whisk well, then add in another one and do the same
  3. Sift the self-raising flour (100g), cocoa powder (50g) and baking soda (1/2 teaspoon)
  4. Mix the 3 into 2, pour into the cake tin and bake at 180 degree for about 40-45 minutes.
Chocolate Coating
  1. Add in the cocoa powder (20g), cooking oil (3 table spoon), and condensed milk (200g) into double boiler
  2. Mix the 1 until it turn to thick chocolate liquid
  3. Garnish the cake with 2
