Mango Kerabu

上星期趁外公大寿回我妈咪的家乡跟老人家庆祝,也顺便和久违的亲朋好友聚餐联络感情。二姨家种了几棵芒果树,长期开花结果。这次过去二姨给了三粒稍稍转黄的芒果,正适合弄芒果酸~kerabu。
把芒果刨丝去掉多余的果汁,再用醋,鱼露,糖,少许盐,辣椒调味,最后撒上花生碎即可.

Mango Kerabu
  1. Slice the mango and remove the excessive juice
  2. Seasoning with vinegar, fish sauce, salt, sugar and chili
  3. Garnish with the peanut
