上星期趁外公大寿回我妈咪的家乡跟老人家庆祝，也顺便和久违的亲朋好友聚餐联络感情。二姨家种了几棵芒果树，长期开花结果。这次过去二姨给了三粒稍稍转黄的芒果，正适合弄芒果酸~kerabu。
把芒果刨丝去掉多余的果汁，再用醋，鱼露，糖，少许盐，辣椒调味，最后撒上花生碎即可.
