Fried bread (coated with egg)

这整个星期工作五天,有四天都啃白面包擦planta和花生酱,吃得有点腻了。其实早上并不太多时间准备早餐,所以方便快捷的食物就最适合我。
但经常摆同样的东西入口,我很快就‘显’了。还好一星期里有一天可迟点上班,把剩余的白面包裹上蛋液再煎香,简单可口的丰富早餐完成啦!!

Fried bread (coated with egg)
  1. Cut the white bread into half
  2. Add in a bit of salt and pepper into an egg and beat a little while
  3. Coat the 1 with 2 and fried until it turn to golden brown
