Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Egg

还记得上一回我曾弄过咸蛋蒸猪肉,不过肉似乎太干又硬;
这次除了咸蛋,我还加了冬菜干让味道有层次感,比上回多加些水。。哈哈,这次的咸蛋蒸猪肉好许多,又不太干刚刚好。
