Portugal Egg Tart

葡京蛋塔又要开市了。通常弄这个食谱,我都用现成酥皮,这次亦不例外。
每一次用现成酥皮作塔时,出来的成果必定缩小而不成形,那些蛋塔液也东倒西歪,外形一点都不吸引人。看来我还是得继续努力,把葡京蛋塔弄得‘有声有色’。
