Dinner - Tauhu + Minced Pork in salted egg

假期里另一个晚餐菜单：八宝豆腐羹和咸蛋蒸猪肉。豆腐羹的配料挖尽冰箱冰格里的菜头菜尾一锅熟，简单省时。
蒸猪肉就第一次弄，肉似乎干了些，不像回忆里妈妈弄的那样美味湿润。看来还要多加努力。反正还有材料，下回再煮过吧！

    it looks not bad n doesn't taste like mom cooked...myb i should choose some fat pork
