Dinner - Tauhu + Minced Pork in salted egg

假期里另一个晚餐菜单:八宝豆腐羹和咸蛋蒸猪肉。豆腐羹的配料挖尽冰箱冰格里的菜头菜尾一锅熟,简单省时。
蒸猪肉就第一次弄,肉似乎干了些,不像回忆里妈妈弄的那样美味湿润。看来还要多加努力。反正还有材料,下回再煮过吧!
