新年期间突然想起去年新年说过要弄些烧包给阿姨们试试,结果一年里都没再弄这个
玩意。那天想起,就着手准备要用的材料。肉馅因为价格关系所以不用叉烧,而用
了鲜鸡肉。把鸡肉用调味料腌过夜再炒熟即成。这次算是大工程~烘了18个烧包,留
几个当早餐,其余分派给别人。吃后感也频多,有的说好吃,有的说馅咸了些,有
的说馅淡了些,有的说皮松了些,有的说皮不够‘美’烘不够久。。听的时候也蛮
内疚,或许让吃的人有些失望,不过,我这个不认输的人当然没这么快放弃啦,下
次一定做的更好!支持我哦!!
