Cheese Cake

星期四那天,我office趁斋戒月开始前开大吃会。而我就负责带cheese cake去。星
期三放工,赶紧弄妥一切,吃饱晚餐立即开工。这次见冰箱还剩半罐淡奶没用,就
拿来代替牛奶。结果烘出来的蛋糕好像太‘结实’发不起,心里不爽叻!第二天带
去office,同事问我是买得还是home made的,因为外形就像买的一样。我可有点奇
怪,那蛋糕不发,哪像外头卖的一样?她说,外头卖得就是这样子!!我傻傻的笑,
呵!你们觉得好吃我就开心啦!

  3. Maybe more moisture and the cake more like texture uf cake sell outside...hahaha

  4. i think so, so when wanna cake to be light texture, put milk, if wanna moisture cheese cake, put evaporated milk
