Siew Pao

冰箱里还有几片猪肉眼没用,就想弄叉烧再变成叉烧包。后来改变主意,蒸的叉烧包
转成烘的烧包。前两天先腌好叉烧让它更入味,周末再揉面团包入叉烧叮送入烘炉。
这次有擦糖浆在外皮,颜色也漂亮多了。

  2. since it it is mini size, so haven't really tasted it already finish liao. but i think i brush with the honey, so got sour-sour taste
