看了网上的高手都说用面包机啦还是kitchen aid的,我家穷得只有搅拌器而已哦。。不死心,再找,终于皇天不负有心人,有人用搅拌器揉面包团,可是人家的都是比较有名气,而且马力是300w,而我的才250w。人家也说到如果overload会烧机呢!!
总不能放弃吧?就试试看我的搅拌器能否马到成功,宝贝靠晒你啦!!其实还挺怕会当掉。。这次我只用150g的高筋面粉。。哈哈哈!!照着食谱来做,面包‘处女膜’终于出来了。。。当时的心情睡觉都会笑!!果然,这次的面包很松软,气孔也比较细腻,不像上回粗糙,还带点硬身。
之前所犯的错误综合起来:
-面粉量超过250g,搅拌机揉得蛮吃力
-面团要像‘烂泥’般攀在hook上揉,而我之前并未注意这一点
-面团发酵程度没舍概念,它有涨大就ok,原来有skill来confirm的咯
经过这次的‘锻炼’,希望我的下一次会更好
