D'ROS cake

I baked a cake with D'Ros cake powder last Sun (26/12/10). i brought half to my mom's house, another half to my office. Pictures i took weren't look good at all...but it taste ok....i think i need Estee's help to take nicer picture with her great camera.

这个巧克力蛋糕，是要弄给妹妹偿。以前都是用蒸的，比较湿，家人不太接受。所以
这次就用烘的，口感和质地也稍稍不同。卖像不太好看，但吃起来有像Brownies的
感觉。
忘了介绍，我用的是D’ROS已混合蛋糕粉。作法简单，需要的材料并不多，第一次
烘蛋糕新手也能作。D’ROS 蛋糕粉在‘家家市场 FAMILY STORE’有卖，大家不妨
买回家试试看。
