Home made burger & patties

近来家里似乎乌云密布，就是因为王爷身子出了些状况得开始注意饮食习惯，所以当我要弄什么食谱都得想清清楚楚；近来如果吃了较甜的东西就不弄甜的食物如蛋糕甜品之类，如果近来吃了较多油腻的就不弄用大量油/牛油弄得食谱如派、塔、牛油蛋糕等。看来很多想弄的食谱都得暂停了。。。嗨！！！心痒手痒都得忍。

星期五拿了假，就是因为一来年假多，二来晚上要出席家庭聚会(也是个理由！)；所以干脆放自己一天假。为了晚上的聚会能吃更多(九大鬼叻：盆菜、翅、鱼、菜、饭、甜品)，午餐就不到外头吃了，在家弄小份量的汉堡包就好了。

今天可以迟些上班，所以有时间开镬煮些丰富的早餐。昨晚就开始犹豫今早该弄什么当早餐呢？咦，之前看到同事自家带来的汉堡吃得津津有味，灵机一动，不如亲手制作汉堡肉饼，自己加入任何食材更健康更高营养叻！作多一份还可让Baby O带去幼儿园吃。就动手吧！

除了沙爹，我又有个点子~鸡肉汉堡包。当然汉堡肉是自家作的，剁碎鸡肉，加入任何喜欢材料混合一起就行了。

之前弄的面包就是要来夹自家烤的burger肉。这burger肉可放了许多材料：肉碎，韭
菜，洋葱，蒜头，黑胡椒，蛋，面包糠，芝士，mustard，fish sauce，麻油，盐，
糖。。超厚的叻。这一餐就当我明天的午餐。

A Crazy Sunday!!

昨天是我人生中，第一次煮那么多次！早上，Baby O七早八早(才七点多而已)爬起来，要下床玩。我赶快抱着他不让他下床，哇！大哭大闹不已。丢他进他的房，哭得更大声！！x%!$?A!..没办法，王爷过去跟他一起玩才住口！！
而我被他吵得不能再睡，唯有起来弄早餐。之前答应我的学生给她弄个猪扒包，冰箱里刚好有完要用的材料，就明天带给她。而我们的早餐就来个french toast吧！！

上午大概11，王爷和Baby O跟他的‘娘家’去一家新开张的点心铺吃点心，而我留在家收拾小菜园。
大约2点左右，我们回去我‘娘家’弄大餐。

Heavy breakfast: Macau chicken sandwich + Nyonya dumpling

I have this recipe quite long time ago. Last Sunday was my first trial. I've replace the pork (ori recipe) with the chicken fillet. Marinate the chicken, stir till golden brown. Sandwiched in the french toast..

Daddy feel not enough to have the sandwich, so add-on his menu~Nyonya dumpling (Zhong Zhi) bought from Jonker street Melaka.

My lunch on 9 & 10/2/11

I resume my work on 7/2/11. These are my lunch on 9 & 10/2.

The clay pot porridge. I bought a clap pot cost around rm5 before CNY. This is the first time to cook with this claypot.

这是黑胡椒酱汉堡肉+薯条(全是自家弄的)，当上星期日的早餐。
王爷不太喜欢辣味，理所当然的也不太接受呛辣的黑胡椒酱。
可我却吃得津津有味！！
