Bread kosong

星期六早上就开工弄面包团,打算让它发酵24小时,看看这样会否更松软。结果;出
来的效果蛮满意。不过,我的小叔说口感有点想白糖糕。。。下回再想想还有什么
方法改进下。

the dough after 3-4 hours

remove the air in the dough, back to ori size

2nd round to double-up the size (after a night)

the bread that ready go for baking
the bread topping with sesame and cheese powder
