Home made burger + bread

之前弄的面包就是要来夹自家烤的burger肉。这burger肉可放了许多材料：肉碎，韭
菜，洋葱，蒜头，黑胡椒，蛋，面包糠，芝士，mustard，fish sauce，麻油，盐，
糖。。超厚的叻。这一餐就当我明天的午餐。

Bread kosong

星期六早上就开工弄面包团，打算让它发酵24小时，看看这样会否更松软。结果；出
来的效果蛮满意。不过，我的小叔说口感有点想白糖糕。。。下回再想想还有什么
方法改进下。

昨天炒饭拿来当今天的午餐，为了让炒饭特别点，上头铺了cheese丝再烤，就变成芝
士烤饭。。

上星期心血来潮，来个pandan燕菜糕，甜丝丝，好吃！

 上回Baby O不愿吃燕菜糕，这次却上瘾似的，还想自己开冰厨拿。。。

上星期Baby O的嬷嬷给了些面包带回来，就顺手给了点Baby O吃。恰好面包包着巧克力酱，吃得Baby O满脸花猫斑。。

我的同胞同事兼好友教了我一个简易murtabak食谱，馅随意，皮就用popiah皮.

上星期因为王爷的爹地从外地回来，所以王爷和他的兄弟在酒楼订一间VIP房，还备
有Karaoke+套餐，一家在里头吃喝玩乐。

Angel Hair in Carbonara

近来好忙，学生们忙着赶功课及即将到的考试，而我们忙，给assignment, 改功课，
赶syllabus，试题等等。。。喘不过气来！！！还好，现在可以歇下，写写我的部
落格。

上回弄的chicken pie还剩carbonara白酱快过期，所以上几个星期就用它来煮意粉。
材料随意从冰箱挖出来：番茄，台湾香肠，肉碎，再撒上oregano，掂！
