Heavy breakfast: Macau chicken sandwich + Nyonya dumpling
I have this recipe quite long time ago. Last Sunday was my first trial. I've replace the pork (ori recipe) with the chicken fillet. Marinate the chicken, stir till golden brown. Sandwiched in the french toast..
Daddy feel not enough to have the sandwich, so add-on his menu~Nyonya dumpling (Zhong Zhi) bought from Jonker street Melaka.

"Char Siew" Chicken
I bought the Char Siew sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand) few weeks ago. So last Monday i decided to have a Char Siew chicken. Well, is not hard to have one, but really need extra cautious during baking in oven. Tata, the result:
Pung Choy (盆菜)
Daddy's Aunt came back from England. She treats us a 'luxury' dinner last Sunday:盆菜, where all of the ingredients like chicken, duck, prawn, pork, seacucumber, vege, mushroom, nuts and many more are well arranged in a big pot. Besides the main dish, also including the 'Taiwanese Yee Shang', shark fin soup, fried rice.
